Regular billing rate is $45 per hour for any of the services above (typical billing from most computer service and repair shops runs $60+ per hour). There is a $25 minimum charge for all computer services. If there is a problem with your PC that cannot be fixed, this is the only charge that applies. If your computer equipment is still under warranty, it is recommended that you call the manufacturer before contacting Shattered Media. Travel fee may apply for locations over 25 miles away from Brooklyn, MI.
